This era of unprecedented chronic stress has impacted the entire healthcare industry, but managers are beginning to leave their jobs at a disproportionate rate. In this presentation, we will utilize a case study to illustrate this surprising trend, and we will consider the fact that a trauma-informed approach to workplace development can lead to better employee retention all around.
Lauren Chava Rose is a writer, trainer and consultant based in Lakewood, Colorado. As a licensed clinical social worker, Lauren brings over a decade of social service experience to the world of organizational consulting. She is passionate about creating trauma-informed materials and workshops for any company looking to become more employee-centered. Lauren holds a master's degree in clinical social work from the University of Chicago and a bachelor's degree in history from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
