Clover Food Development Meeting: Taste What's Next for Clover

Please join the Food & Agriculture Club as we venture to Clover's creative and operational headquarters, their HUB location in Cambridge, for a Food Development Meeting. There you will have the chance to preview new menu creations, learn about Clover's relationship with local producers, and even pitch your own menu ideas. This event is exclusively for MIT Food & Agriculture members and Clover employees, space is limited to 10 individuals.

Our food development process is open to the public.

This is where new food is born at Clover. We taste new menu items, consider new products from local farmers or producers, and discuss food quality control for the company.

Come taste with us, or bring your own ideas for the menu! It can be an old family recipe, inspirations from food you have eaten while traveling, or something that takes advantage of what is in season in New England.

If you would like to bring a recipe, we encourage you to cook it for us so we can taste it. You can even do this in one of our kitchens. If we think it's a good fit, it will go into development by one of our test chefs at a Clover location.
