Join the Food & Ag Club for a private tour of the Taza Chocolate Factory in Somerville to learn about the chocolate production process, from bean to bar! We'll learn about the growth and harvesting of cacao, Taza's Direct Trade sourcing methods and their unique stone ground chocolate making process. We'll also sample lots of chocolate along the way!
