Aaron Perrine
Managing Director, Trilogy Search Partners

Aaron is based out of Trilogy’s office in Bellevue, Washington. He serves on the boards of Fraxion Software, Facilities Survey, Risk Mitigation Consulting, Clariti Software, and Crown Health, and is a board observer of Utility Cloud. Prior to Trilogy, Aaron was a product manager at Amazon, a consultant with McKinsey & Co., and an Army infantry officer. Aaron has a BA from Whitman College, a JD from the University of Washington School of Law, and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Palmer Scholar.

Aaron lives in Seattle with his family, and volunteers as a board member of the Seattle YMCA and as Chair of the Whitman College President’s Advisory Board. He has two labradoodles, Sunshine and Drizzle, named for his aspirational perspective on the weather in the Pacific Northwest. He is an avid CrossFitter and enjoys nearly any outdoor activity he can convince his wife and children to participate in.

Saumil Jariwala
Vice President, Trilogy Search Partners

Saumil is based out of Trilogy’s office in Bellevue, Washington. Prior to Trilogy, Saumil worked as a private equity investor at Charlesbank Capital Partners and as a management consultant at Bain & Company, where he worked primarily with private equity clients and their portfolio companies. Saumil attended the Huntsman Program at the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated summa cum laude with degrees from the Wharton School and the College of Arts and Sciences.

Saumil lives in Seattle with his wife. Outside of work, he volunteers as a pro bono consultant for minority-, veteran- and women-owned small businesses in the greater Seattle area. Saumil originally hails from Durham, NC and consequently is a passionate fan of college basketball and the NBA. He’s solemnly vowed to be first in line for season tickets once the Supersonics come back.
